This is how excited Isaac was after I cut his hair the other day! He use to love to get his hair cut and sit so still but it looks like those days are long gone. I hate it when things like this happen, I guess it's just another reminder to enjoy all the good moments in life because you never know when they'll be gone.

Elijah came down a couple days ago and I was just sending the kids out to play in the snow. Elijah had run down to the house in shorts and tennis shoes and was really cold but didn't want to go all the way back to his house to get his snow clothes. So I said maybe I have something you can wear. This is what I came up with it was so funny the snow pants turned into snow shorts, needless to say he had fun running home in this outfit and stopping along the way to show Grandma!

Outside

I left the kids inside for minute while I went out to build the fire. I finally get the fire started so I'm on my way inside and I find Isaac on the side walk as cute as can be saying" Mom, I'm ready!" And Sophie yelling at him to come back inside.

Today I made strawberry freezer jam and sour cream banana bread and they both turned out really yummy!

Valentine's Day!!

My visiting teachers brought me this awesome cookie that is also a card. It was so sweet of them, I have great visiting teachers!

Travis and I had celebrated Valentine's Day on Friday in Spokane so I didn't expect anything yesterday, in fact Travis doesn't come home on Mondays so I was expecting to have a boring night. I had to run into Wal*Mart and when I came home I opened the basement door and found a dozen pink roses in a beautiful vase!!! My sweet husband drove all the way home from Spokane just to give me roses late at night and wake up early the next morning and drive back to Spokane. It made my night!!!

Sophie wanted me to put on a episode of Dora a few minutes ago and I told her, just a minute. I could hear her yelling up the stairs Mom, Mom so finally I went down stairs and she said" How many times do I have to tell you to do something before you do it?" I said"Excuse me?" she said" Three times! I had to tell you three times before you came and put Dora on and that's too many." Boy am I going to have my hands full when she's a teenager! My Mother is probably thinking that I definitely deserve every bit of it.

This morning I decided that my blog was boring and I wanted to change it so I tried to do it my self for several hours and had no luck. I called Ann to have her help me and we still couldn't fix it. I called Hillary and even though she's a new mother, tired and completely busy she came to the rescue!!! She fixed everything, she's so great!!! I have the best sister-in-laws. THANK YOU HILL YOU'RE THE BEST, I LOVE YOU!

It's such a beautiful morning with the sunshine. The kids are eating breakfast.

Kids

   I put on an episode of Blue's Clues for the kids, when I went in to check on them I found Sophie in her swimsuit and she told me she was having a pool party! It was way to cute!!! Then she said," Isaac doesn't have his swimsuit on so we're just pretending he does. Kids make life so fun! My life would be so boring with out kids.

Last night Joyce sent up these two sweat outfits home for the kids with Travis. They were so excited about them and put them on right away, they are very warm and cute! Thanks Joyce.

Saturday Morning Fun!

This morning the kids and I got up early and made cupcakes, then we called and invited Jaci, Aubrey and Elijah down to decorate them. Then had lots of fun!
