This is how excited Isaac was after I cut his hair the other day! He use to love to get his hair cut and sit so still but it looks like those days are long gone. I hate it when things like this happen, I guess it's just another reminder to enjoy all the good moments in life because you never know when they'll be gone.

Elijah came down a couple days ago and I was just sending the kids out to play in the snow. Elijah had run down to the house in shorts and tennis shoes and was really cold but didn't want to go all the way back to his house to get his snow clothes. So I said maybe I have something you can wear. This is what I came up with it was so funny the snow pants turned into snow shorts, needless to say he had fun running home in this outfit and stopping along the way to show Grandma!

Outside

I left the kids inside for minute while I went out to build the fire. I finally get the fire started so I'm on my way inside and I find Isaac on the side walk as cute as can be saying" Mom, I'm ready!" And Sophie yelling at him to come back inside.

Today I made strawberry freezer jam and sour cream banana bread and they both turned out really yummy!

Valentine's Day!!

My visiting teachers brought me this awesome cookie that is also a card. It was so sweet of them, I have great visiting teachers!

Travis and I had celebrated Valentine's Day on Friday in Spokane so I didn't expect anything yesterday, in fact Travis doesn't come home on Mondays so I was expecting to have a boring night. I had to run into Wal*Mart and when I came home I opened the basement door and found a dozen pink roses in a beautiful vase!!! My sweet husband drove all the way home from Spokane just to give me roses late at night and wake up early the next morning and drive back to Spokane. It made my night!!!
